Connect 360

In the midst of the pandemic, Diversecities understood the dual needs among youth of encouraging the continuation of their volunteering effort, and maintaining social connectivity. 

Connect 360 was launched in May 2020 as a youth-led virtual peer-mentorship program. Youth volunteers of ages between 15 and 24 years old have been able to continue giving back to their communities through four initiatives while gaining valuable soft skills such as project planning, communicating to and engaging with partners, leading or working and collaborating as a team. Today, Connect 360 youth volunteers continue to engage the community through a wide range of projects from the comfort of their homes.
